  The customer service here is 110%. The owners are helpful, welcoming and always jolly. The facilities are great including a huge clothes line, kitchenette and a community herb garden (free to use). The caravan park has a great vibe and the location is very close to the main beach area. We stayed an extra night because we felt so comfortable here.

  Perhaps just the swimming pool cld be a bit better and if there was a after hours get in option.. Would be just great.

  We stayed here for one night on a power site. The location to Port Douglas was fantastic as is an easy 10 to 15 minute walk to town. The staff were very friendly and more than helpful. They advised us on the local attractions for me and my family. The amenities were very clean and tidy. We would have loved to have stayed longer and will do in the future.

  This is the best located caravan park. Small and friendly. The owners are so helpful. We are travelling with our large labrador - Charlie. They are pet friendly and yes they take a small bond. But it is refunded at the end of your stay. The park is clean and tidy and a credit to the staff. Highly recommend.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice location. The camp kitchen is just too good. Just like a home kitchen i would say. U will find everything there.

  Great location and nice shady slab sites, however, they charge a cash dog bond (which was not mentioned over the phone) which we didn't feel comfortable with as no other parks have ever asked for this. Say they are dog friendly but huffed a rude comment under their breathe when seeing one of our dogs (which says to me they are not very open to other breeds other than yapping white fluffies). For fear of losing our dog bond, we didn't stay. Found a lovely spot in town with no issues.
