  We've been here multiple times over many years and not once have we been disappointed by the quality of the food or the service. Magnificent location, reasonably priced food, good service. Breakfast after a nice walk on the beach is the way to go.

  I was told a few days later that the chef and a couple of other staff members had left to go back to Europe, which would explain the difference in dining experiences, I suppose. Won't be going back.

  Nice breakfast and staff. The best thing is the location and ambience, always quiet and a beautiful view of the beach.

  Went for dinner last week as it had been highly recommended by friends and tourists, but were rather disappointed. The food was very tasty but served almost cold, and when we mentioned it to the waiter he said he would tell the chef. That was it; no apology or any further communication.

  Excellent food and service. Dinner ...pork belly wss truly awesome. Black sesame coated prawns were divine!

  A lovely idyllic location set just out from Port Douglas Village centre. I nice breezy open dining area that caters for the attached hotel guest, and the general walk-in public. The food and drinks are priced on par with the area. They have a good selection of hot and cold drinks, including alcoholic beverages. The iced crushes are amazing. Watermelon and mint is divine, pineapple and coconut is Paradise in a glass. As a light midmorning bite, we had a Rasberry lime, apple and coconut slice. It tasted as delicious as it sounds. The staff were very friendly and happy to assist with any enquiry. Will definitely be returning for more!!
