  If I could give a 4.75, I would. Very good, fresh food and knowledgable service. We went back twice. A great range of gluten-free options. We were very very surprised that Salsa got a better review -- Bistro H has more attentive service (they make you feel special from the moment you walk in), more allergy-friendly options and a great atmosphere.

  Really don't understand the bad reviews, definitely proof that there just is no pleasing some people. This place is expensive yes but it definitely is worth it in my opinion if you are the type of person that enjoys interesting and unique food. Everything we had was excellent, and comparable with top notch restaurants in cities like Melbourne, Sydney, or even New York... the service was particularly excellent and we had a French waiter that was delightful. Again if you are the sort of person that wants a cheap burger with a pint for 20-30 bucks this is not the place for you.

  Upscale restaurant that delivers on expectations. Great food, impeccable service. Laid back fine dining. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone including those with small children who are looked after as well as those looking for something more romantic. It's big enough to cater for everyone.

  Got a late night booking after an evening flight in to Cairns. The watermelon cocktail special was a delicious start to the meal, with a couple of the house special entrées topped off with the crab linguine. Overall a very pleasant experience, attentive staff and great quality food!

  Waited over an hour half for meals. They shouldn't be advertised as restaurant but as food plating artist. I got mininmal food on the plate. Luckily I was invited. I've worked over 20yrs in hospitality and never seen anything like this. If you enjoy being played a fool, then this is the place.
