  Reception was very friendly. Very helpful with local attractions and activities. The rooms and beds are clean and cosy. Kitchen hygiene could be better, felt that we needed to scrub and clean all dishes and cutlery before use. Overall a comfortable stay.

  Stayed for a week and had a great time. Ask for a room away from the pool and front road if you want peace and quiet. Pool shuts at 9 which can get noisy with kids having fun.. Reception great, bottle store across the road is cheaper than in town! Short walk to town and beach all in all a great stay!

  Being 100m from 4 mile beach is unbeatable. A pool and BBQ on site is really nice, as well. Staff was very helpful in checking in and booking tours to Reef, etc. pool a bit green and opaque despite frequent water checks. Room was OK - walls were multi coloured in dirt. Furniture smelled of the past 50 guests sweat. We had to our a sheet over the couch to sit on it comfortably. Painting the rooms obviously hasn't occurred in decades and it shows. No dishwasher or larger fridge to hold frozen items, either.

  Good location. Near beach and 10min walk away from town. No elevator but not a problem with us. Nice room. Quiet.

  We stayed here for 6 nights as a family of 5 (3 kids). Staff were friendly, kids enjoyed the pool area and the units were old but all a family needed. However we also had an issue with the towels not being changed and the unit not being serviced our entire stay, we had to purchase extra towels. The worst aspect of our stay however was the noise.Our unit was right next to the drive way to the underground car park, the reception area and the road. There was noise all day and night, and we had minimal, interrupted sleep the entire stay. We booked this hotel 8 months in advance and I didn't consider it overly cheap. We were rather disappointed overall and wouldn't be recommending this hotel or staying here again.
