  I just saw our room and my mood went down instantly. The room is small, has no windows, and the floors are dirty - I don't even want to put my suitcase on it and take my things out. The balcony can only be accessed through the toilet and is overlooking petrol station - how romantic. There is no windows in the room, only ones in the toilet and so the bathroom smell travels from it to the bedroom. Oh, and there is no one at reception after 7pm, so I can't even to speak to anyone. This is the worst hotel experiences I had so far in Australia, the place is overpriced and is a maximum 2 stars, reminds me more of a backpackers accomodation rather than hotel. Ps - a couple of hours later - I can also clearly hear most of the things that happen in the rooms around, e.g. people preparing something to eat and just talking and laughing.

  Excellent location, well appointed suite, very clean and tidy. Recommended.

  Great Central location! Water pressure in the shower was pathetic and the plastic drain whole cover was split and I nearly fell through it!

  Good pool and reasonable standard. Aircon didn't work very well.

  Relatively quiet apartment hotel in the middle of town. Moderate kitchenette, has what you need but not too much more. Clean and comfortable, well located and good price. Spa was a nice touch!
