  Enjoyed our stay. Spacious rooms, close to Four Mile Beach plus a terrific swimming pool with cool lighting at night. The manager is friendly and helpful. Happy to recommend.

  Delightful, bright and airy apartment and wonderful hospital from the owners Andrew and Lynette, who couldn't have been more helpful in terms of where to go and local tourist spots and Great Barrier reef tours. My 2 sons and I enjoyed every minute. The facilities were first class and the whole ambiance of the place was amazing. Should I return to Port Douglas - which I really want to - I wouldn't stay anywhere else. So peaceful - I slept wonderfully! The cruise on the Lady Douglas, the customer service in the office of the "Flames of the Forst", the coffee shops and ice creams - all wonderful!

  I love my two weeks in the Sun each year: I love the slow mornings, with the music playing – the time on the beach under the umbrellas and the walk down to the other end – or as far as I feel like going.

  I love the anticipation of the shower and getting a bit dressed up – not too much – this is Port remember! – and the walk up Macrossan Street to any of those wonderful restaurants for one of the best dinners I have ever had.

  We stayed here for one week on early April. Located at the end of the main street in Port Douglas, and just across from Fourmile Beach was perfect for us. We found the apartment was very well presented, large and with a relaxed feel, and very comfortable. The kids loved spending time in the pool here too. Being in a ground floor apartment suited us perfectly, with a great tropical feel looking out on to the surrounding gardens, as well as easy access
