    I've been to deep retreat yoga a few times now and have to say, i love it!! Not only is it a great way to work the physical but you will also find real soul food here! Both Michael and Mia are totally divine with their teachings, diversity and splendid humour. This is a very professional and well organised, yet light hearted and funny studio. When in Port Douglas, go deep!!!

    Had the full works at The Deep Retreat, with a massage, sauna/spa and sento. Left feeling like a new person, cannot recommend it highly enough!

    The yoga teachers are awesomely fun, highly experienced, yet manage to create an atmosphere that is not at all intimidating.

    A yoga studio that does not really want you to attend. They encourage you to book online but their website is not compatible with a mobile phone (so just hop on that desktop computer you brought on holiday with you). Strangely, class starts 10 minutes before the advertised time - I arrived 7 minutes before class and was politely given the 'do not enter' sign of two arms making an 'X' by a man through the glass door. Friendly would not be a term used to describe this place.
