  I went to many Car rentals in Port Douglas. But I will only recommend Comet car Hire strongly as they have after hours parking area under security cameras observation all the time . Fuel station was next door. It helps me a lot as I need to return the car to Comet Car Hire before office opening hours.

  Little 2 door car I hired was just awesome, very clean and well maintained. And it's perfectly alright for me. I will recommend Comet Car Hire which is situated in Port Douglas to all my friends and family members. Good Luck Comet Car Hire team good work.

  Very honest and friendly, they always take very good care of our family (you can rent a child car seat for the day, which is reall good for the prices they offer).

  I rented a car from Comet Car Hire. Outstanding prices. Comet Car Hire booking process was very easy on phone. Great,clean quality car which was awesome on fuel economy .Would definitely use Comet Car Hire again.Also thank you Comet Car Hire for giving us an upgrade model in same price. These guys even renting cars to green (P) plates those are under 21. Overall i am 100% satisfied with car i hire from Comet car hire in Port Douglas.

  Comet Car Hire staff was AMAZING!!!!!!. Me and my wife went to Comet Car Hire office to pick the jeep in morning before picking time and we were impressed with their pleasant service.

  VERY BAD! Would never recommend!!! Absolutely horrible people and absolute LIARS, they tried convincing me and my family that we went 'off road driving' and were complaining about 'gravel and dirt' being in and around the car, when it was dust from a previous renter. Then proceeded to SLAM mine and my families business. Absolutely disgrace. Would not recommend. They get all they're friends and family to comment good reviews, which is all lies!! They charge you extra, and blame you for stuff you didn't do!! Do not trust these lying thieves at all!! They just scam and take your money, they will reply with a lie to this review and say that I 'probably took the vehicle off road' or 'you probably have the wrong car hire' which is completely FALSE.
